Who we are

The Foldable Home Store (the "Site", foldablehomestore.com) is owned and operated by SCAIL LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("SCAIL", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can always be sent to hello@foldablehomestore.com.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. When you use a quote-request, information-request, or contact form, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, and details about your project such as location, budget, timeline, intended use, and the models or manufacturers you are interested in.
• Usage and device information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and referral source, using cookies and similar identifiers. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or quotes you request.
• To connect you with manufacturers, dealers, or other partners relevant to your request (see "How we share information" below).
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and its content.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we share information

Manufacturers and partners, at your request. The core purpose of our quote and information forms is to connect you with companies that sell the products you ask about. When you submit a request, we may forward your submission to the relevant manufacturer(s), their dealers or distributors, or other service partners so they can respond to you, and we may be compensated for that introduction. Once shared, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Service providers. We use third-party providers to run the Site — including Netlify (hosting, form/lead storage), Google (analytics), and email providers used to deliver notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

Legal and business transfers. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected data until updated.

We do not sell browsing data, and we do not share your contact information with anyone unrelated to your request.

Cookies and analytics choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics across the web, you can install Google's browser opt-out add-on. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to service your request, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@foldablehomestore.com with the request and the email address you used on the Site. We will verify and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

The Site is intended for adults researching housing and real estate. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
