Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Foldable Home Store at foldablehomestore.com and related domains (the "Site"), operated by SCAIL LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("SCAIL", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is — and is not

The Site is an independent editorial publication about foldable, expandable, and prefabricated housing. We are not a manufacturer, dealer, broker, contractor, lender, or investment adviser, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Boxabl Inc. (Nasdaq: BXBL) or any other company we cover.

  • Not professional advice. Content on the Site — including prices, specifications, certification status, rankings, cost estimates, and commentary — is general information, not legal, financial, tax, construction, engineering, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals and your local permitting authority before making decisions.
  • Information changes. Manufacturers change prices, specs, and availability without notice. We work to keep pages current and label estimates as estimates, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always confirm details directly with the manufacturer in writing before purchasing.
  • Not investment advice. References to publicly traded companies, including Boxabl Inc., are editorial commentary only. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3. Quote requests and referrals

When you submit a quote or information request, you authorize us to share your submission with relevant manufacturers, dealers, distributors, or service partners so they can respond to you, and you acknowledge that we may receive compensation for such introductions. You agree to provide accurate information in your submissions. Any transaction you enter with a manufacturer or other third party is solely between you and that party; we are not a party to it and have no responsibility for it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information through our forms;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data except as permitted by our published robots and llms files;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to access non-public systems;
  • Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's original content — text, data compilations, rankings, graphics, and the The Foldable Home Store name and logo — is owned by SCAIL LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content with attribution; any other reproduction requires our written permission. Product names, trademarks, and product photographs belong to their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and editorial commentary only; no endorsement is implied in either direction.

6. Third-party sites

The Site links to manufacturer sites and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAIL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCAIL LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any action is entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10) survive termination.
